I am Jeff Gubicza, the Founder of Tone Health & Fitness, and I am a local personal trainer in the suburban Philadelphia area. I graduated from Pennsylvania State University and discovered a passion for health and fitness, but my true calling lies in helping people become their best selves. I understand the intimidation, fear of judgment, and lack of knowledge that can accompany going to the gym. That's why I want to come to you.
